Cancellation Policy
Wagashi Workshop – Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop: Full refund or option to transfer to another date (if available). • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop: 50% refund or option to transfer to another date. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to a friend. • In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
